Obligations of ORIENTUS:

  • Orientus is responsible for consulting the student regarding the search for a study program in Latvia.
  • Orientus takes care of the candidate’s file until the day of filing his visa with the embassy. 
  • The search for an accommodation.
  • Orientus takes care of the official legalization of the original diplomas with the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Foreign Affairs.
  • Orientus takes care of the translation of the candidates’ documents (translation recognized by the embassy) and legalization of the documents in Latvia.
  • Orientus Offers Embassy Interview Preparation Coaching and Interview of the University.
  • Orientus assists its candidate until the final response from the Embassy is obtained. 
  • Orientus helps the students to get an internship or student job, if the students need and if there is the possibility.

Obligations of candidate:

  • The candidate must provide his consultant with all the information necessary for the creation and processing of his file. 
  • The candidate must provide his consultant with the original documents and 3 copies originals conforming to the original of his file (diploma, internships, transcripts record, etc.).
  • The candidate must inform his consultant in case of appointment cancellation or total waiver of the procedure, and therefore the sums paid to Orientus will not be refunded.
  • The candidate must assume all civil liability once in Latvia.
  • The candidate must respect the steps of his file which were notified to him by his consultant.
  • The Orientus team is always ready to help you and to provide you with provision of all the means required to guarantee the acceptance of your visa applications.
  • Concerning professional secrecy and to guarantee the protection of our customers, it is essential that the information relating to the affairs of these customers remains confidential. Confidential information means any information relating to customers, brought to the attention of a person as a result of his relationship with Orientus, unless it is public data.
  • In case of refusal or lack of response from the embassy regarding the visa, the customer must inform us no later than 2 weeks before the start of the contract rental (housing), otherwise the customer assumes his responsibility.
  • The candidate is obliged to pay 100% of the application fees (3300 DT) upon signing the agreement.
